Refund Policy

Fees paid for counselling sessions are generally non-refundable, as counselling is a professional, time-based service.

 

If a session is cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice, any payment made may be transferred to a future session or refunded upon request.

 

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or non-attendance, are usually charged at the full session fee and are not eligible for a refund, except in exceptional circumstances.

 

If a session cannot proceed due to circumstances within the practitioner’s control, clients will be offered a full refund or rescheduled session.

 

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and handled with care and fairness for all parties.
